Mountain Sky Ranch is located only minutes from Carter Lake Reservoir, where you can sail, water ski, fish or even scuba dive. This five mile long reservoir is a beautiful mountain gem that is relatively unknown to the masses of the Denver area.

We are also less than an hour away from the urban activities of college towns, Boulder and Ft. Collins, homes of the nationally known and respected Colorado State University Rams and the University of Colorado Buffaloes. On a year around basis you can attend athletic events, concerts, lectures and many other activities in the cities of the 500,000 person population base of Northern Colorado.

Also, less than an hour away is the beauty had abundant year around activities of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fishing, climbing, hiking, biking, shopping, dining, and other activities in this Rocky Mountain paradise are truly world class.

Downtown Denver with Rockies baseball, Broncos football, Avalanche Hockey, Nuggets basketball and Rapids soccer is right at one hour away. Denver has a beautiful and activity filled downtown, with theater, dining, concerts and shopping of all types and price ranges.

Finally, only about two hours away are the world renown ski areas – Vail, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Winter Park. You will be hard pressed to find more diversity of activities than we can help you find. Your biggest problem will be the lack of time you will find you have with all you may want to do!!
