Because we are a working ranch and are involved with sustainable agriculture research, education and demonstration, we have a variety of packages that you might want to consider for your stay here with us at Mountain Sky Ranch. We can work with you to develop a package that can work for you, but here are some examples of packages you might enjoy:
Two Days of Fishing/Pasture Golf. Catch trophy rainbows or bass while learning new fishing techniques from our fishing professionals. Then put down the rod and grab some clubs to play some golf the way it was first played in Scotland – in a pasture. This is not putt-putt this is a legitimate 9 or 18 hole adventure with yardage similar to your local club. You could possibly even get a hole in one (the rules are a little easier in pasture golf) or hit a 350 yard drive over some ponds! At the end of the day enjoy a campfire dinner of fish from the ponds you have fished.
Custom Sustainable Agriculture Learning. Come alone or arrange a group and we will customize a one day or multi-day learning experience for you involving one or many aspects of sustainable agriculture and aquaulture both here at the Ranch and at our Loveland greenhouse/warehouse. You can learn skills that can help you make your own acreage more productive, or you might even learn how you could make a living from your currently underutilized land.
Hello, I am interested in attending one of your seminars. I live not far from where your farm is located and have been practicing many of the things mentioned on your website. I am interested in learning more and developing my green thumb. We currently have horses, chickens, and one goat thriving. However, we have been unsuccessful at gardening and could use some pointers.
